Can you identify this Massimo Osti Production Top?

Hi, do any of you know what is the make/model/name of this top I have? I have had it for some time now, I bought it without trying it on years ago & it was to small for me so it has just sat in the cupboard since. I am thinking of selling it & I just wanted to Identify it first It has one top button pocket, a holder for pens on the left sleeve...
