OVERALL , Neo Sci Fi is much more impressive than the initial addict reaction made it seem. I think many people were thrown off (or turned off) by the bright orange packaging, and it definitely felt like there were plenty who were writing the entire launch off. Quick look using Solar Bits. Boy, they are a bit messy. I recommend using them BEFORE applying foundation, that way you can wipe away any fall out. I used mine with mixing medium, so once its on, it shouldnt have any (or minimal) fall out, but you will get some bits and pieces that fall out when you initially apply it to the lid.
