JON Peters has been hit with a shocking new barrage of sex charges - this time by a male staffer who claims the powerful Hollywood producer of “Superman Returns” and “Ali” sexually roughed him up and threatened to break his legs.

In a lawsuit filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, Brian Quintana - a co-producer with Peters on the upcoming “Superman: Man of Steel” - alleges that Peters subjected him to “continuous and pervasive sexual harassment.”

The suit states there were “multiple instances where he was physically, sexually harassed by Peters, including being groped by male individuals at Peters’ behest.” Peters would “wrestle and rough up [Quintana] in a sexual manner . . . fondle himself in front of [Quintana] . . . often place his hand on [Quintana’s] leg in a sexual manner,” as well as “touch” his buttocks, the suit alleges.

In addition, according to the suit, Peters demanded that Quintana “drive male individuals onto the set for the purposes of granting sexual favors for members of the cast and crew [and] cover up allegations that . . . Peters engaged in sexually inappropriate acts in front of children.”

Quintana, in the court papers, also charges that Peters threatened to “break his legs” and fired him after he refused to “perjure himself” by signing documents stating that Peters had completed community service for a DUI conviction.

Peters, a one-time boyfriend of Barbra Streisand, is already being sued by two female former staffers who claim that he sexually harassed them. One, Blanca Hernandez, claims that Peters touched her breasts and buttocks, tried to push her onto his bed when he was naked, tried to kiss her breasts and offered her money for sex.

Peters’ office number has been disconnected. His lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, did not return calls yesterday.

Jon Peters is amassing sexual lawsuits with amazing regularity.  The latest disgruntled working partner is the co-producer of his current film project Superman:  Man of Steel, Brian Quintana.  The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week claims that Peters engaged in continuous and pervasive sexual harassment.

According to court documents, Quintana was groped, physically and sexually harassed in multiple instances by Peters and by others at Peters urging.  He also charges that Peters sexually roughed him up and threatened to break his legs and fired him when he refused to lie about the number of community service hours Peters had completed for a DUI conviction.

Peters, the one time boyfriend of Barbara Streisand, has two other lawsuits pending against him, initiated by staffers who are also claiming sexual harassment.  One female employee, Bianca Hernandez, claims that he inappropriately touched her and offered her money for sex.

Quintana enjoys a high profile in Hollywood, and has raised $5.2 million for various charities and also serves on several national boards.  He is pictured below with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bill Clinton.

Mariah Carey was on Ellen yesterday and refused to actually drink any champagne Ellen offered her. Ellen then accused Mariah of being pregnant. Please. That would involve Mariah having sex and honestly, probably Nick would have to cleanse himself for 24 hours prior to any sexual act with Mariah and not physically touch her during the act. Of course we could believe Mariah when she said that she doesn’t drink before 3pm. It was a Wednesday. Who says that? People are at work for 3 or 4 more hours and she is already drinking. I guarantee you though that if she says 3pm, she drinks earlier. She just knows it’s weird to the world if she says noon.

Ask anyone what film they're most looking forward to next year and they'll probably tell you Watchmen or Inglourious Basterds or some other crap. Why? Because they've not yet heard of Paper Hearts, the top-secret new Michael Cera movie debuting at January's Sundance Film Festival. According to The Hollywood Reporter today, Hearts' makers are trying to keep it under wraps — it's not even on IMDb! — in hopes that it might take the fest by surprise, like Napoleon Dynamite did in 2005. "Any movie that's going to be touted too much will have a bull's-eye on its back," says one of HR's sources. Still, though, if the film's anywhere near as good as its stealth marketing campaign implies, can there be any doubt that Paper Hearts will surpass The Dark Knight's box-office gross on its way to next year's Academy Award for Best Picture?

According to HR, Hearts — directed by newcomer Nicholas Jasenovec — is a "part-documentary, part-scripted comedy" about the relationship between Cera and Charlyne Yi, his real-life girlfriend (who played Jodi in Knocked Up). Presumably Cera will play another dolt who bumbles his way into an awkward sexual encounter, and the soundtrack will feature indie rock of some variety. Sounds awesome to us!

Manchester United WAGs, cash-safe: The WAGs of Manchester are heaving a sigh of relief after learning that the players won’t have to shell out for expensive presents for all their teammates.  Instead they’ll have Secret Santas—one gift apiece—and will be limited to spending just £5 on gifts.  We’re excited at the prospect of Cristiano or Rio getting papped in Poundsaver clutching a stack of Festive Snowglobes and party packs of chewing gum.

Carly Zucker, unbitten:.  Carly may be desperately missing her beloved Joe Cole’s “buff body” down there in Australia, but at least she got saved from a close encounter with “the seventh-deadliest snake” in the world.  (Btw, how exactly do they determine that ranking? Perhaps last year this same snake was in 8th place and is having a good week as well.)  Carly also was photographed bathing in a waterfall in a little yellow bikini looking rather well.

Xabi Alonso, celebratory: Happy birthday to Liverpool’s hottest unshaven player, who turns 27 today. Xabi is a Sagittarius: “Sagittarians are ardent, sincere and straightforward in love, normally conventional and in control of their sexual natures.“  Well that’s a shame.  Happy birthday Xabi!

BAD WEEK

Artur Boruc, all up in it: First, the Celtic keeper gets busted for cheating on his wife Kaisa (pictured), with whom he shares a baby son named Alex. Then, he dumps her and shacks up with his mistress, Sara Mannei, who is a Polish pop star. Sara also has a child, and the father has been revealed as having numerous ties with underworld gangsters and other such finger breaking nasties. Oh, and homeboy is now in prison. Now, Artur is even even getting death threats. Yikes.

2010 luxuries, abandoned:  Fabio Capello has said that the highest priority for the England team’s World Cup accommodations in South Africa will be the ability of the players to become fit by training at high altitude, and he’s willing to abandon luxurious resort-type surroundings to make it happen.  By this, he seems to be saying that he is actually putting team fitness ahead of necessities like shopping, sunning and frothy umbrella drinks.  The nerve.

Noemie Lenoir, furry and philandering: The lovely Marks and Spencer model has a dog.  She loves this dog. So much, in fact, that she
seems to have had its fur (shedded, we pray) fashioned into jacket trim.  How…environmentally correct.  Also, gossip blogs are abuzz with stories that actor Terence Howard put the moves on Noemie in Miami, and that she wasn’t completely opposed to the idea.

A group of us were at Aperativo in Schenectady (yum) and, as the night moved along, talk somehow turned to breast size. Yes, I said breast size. Basically: men can peg a woman’s bra size when she’s fully clothed. (Who knew?)

Let me say there was nothing sexual (or weird, strangely enough) about this conversation. It was more clinical (if such a category exists in bar talk).

Now, one of the guys telling me men have this, um, ability works on computer and database programs for retailers. His did work closely with Victoria’s Secret for several months. So him being able to identify a 34C vs. a 36B didn’t surprise me. (more…)

Sounds crazy, but its true. Megan Fox was honored in style on Tuesday night as one of GQ Magazine’s “Men of the Year” (and the only female) alongside Hollywood hotties including Leonardo DiCaprio, Aaron Eckhart and Jason Statham. So how did her real life beau Brian Austin-Green feel about his woman’s interesting accolade?

“She is one hell of a man, Megan Fox, he covers all of it. She’s honored for everything. She should be,” the star of “Terminator: Sarah Conner Chronicles” told Tarts with a smile, adding that there was no hard feelings that he missed out on making the GQ cut. (Oh, and for the record, the original “90210″ cast member hasn’t seen a single episode of the current remake and prefers just to well, “leave it alone.”)

And despite reports that the romance between Green and Fox has been sliding ever since the “Transformers” sensation called off their engagement earlier this year, the two looked more than lovey-dovey than ever. The genetically-blessed duo strolled through the party (unable to keep their hands off each other) and hung out by the bar with “Mad Man” Jon Hamm.

But Green might want to keep his eye on GQ honoree and Disney divo, Zac Efron.

“Zac Efron is my obsession, we’re the same person,” Fox told Tarts. “We’re not actually here, it’s like Janet and Michael. He just puts on his wig and a dress, and it’s me, and you don’t know that. It’s the greatest mystery of all time.”
