Dear Mr. Aste:

At the end of May 2008, I was fortunate enough to participate in the official groundbreaking ceremonies of the Market Station project. Our participation involved the delivery of several dignitaries via our jet helicopters. We also were able to use our aircraft to serve as a jumping platform for the base-jumper that also was part of the festivities. I believe the night was a tremendous success and was befitting the magnitude of this most auspicious occasion.

Since that time you and I have had some rather forward-thinking discussion as to how our two firms could compliment one another. I believe we have reached a conceptual understanding as to how beneficial our helicopter charter service and your entertainment, retail, commercial and residential project can work cooperatively together as Market Station moves into full construction.

I have been extremely supportive of Market Station since the day I realized the scope of what was going to take place on what is now vacant land. I have known for quite some time that the smart, savvy developer would see the huge advantage of locating a sizeable; mixed use development at the very location you are building your project. The diverse nature of Market Station will indeed change the face of the City of South Salt Lake and bring about a substantial “shot in the arm” to the City’s tax base and population center.

The idea of an inner city heliport brings an even higher level of urban, upscale professionalism that will compliment the entertainment component of your development. I envision our helicopters providing an array of services for both Market Station/Z-Partners as well as a myriad of helicopter-based services that could be available to local government, citizens, commercial leasing entities and retail consumers. The following is a short list of some of the services we can offer:

• Executive transport from Salt Lake City International Airport to Market Station
• Ski Resort shuttles from Market Station to all Mountain Resorts
• Movie studio aerial photography and film support services
• Heli-base for local law enforcement’s helicopter aero bureau
• Scenic rides and charters for hotel guests and retail shop visitors
• Support helicopter for Elite Modeling Agency with the Elite Logo customized into the helicopter paint scheme

It is my desire that the focus of this aircraft be specifically targeted towards the marketing efforts of Elite and Market Station. We are currently in negotiation with a local news station that will place one of our helicopters into their news operation. They have been open to co-sponsorship opportunities and I could see a marriage of Sky Park, Market Station, Elite Modeling and this television station as a real win-win for all involved.

In the short term we are finalizing our plans to provide Christmas Light Tours out of the Market Station vacated street that we discussed earlier. Local radio and television outlets have expressed interest once again in promoting these flights. We had great success last year and with the move to the new landing site, our visibility will be even greater than last year.

As mentioned earlier in this correspondence, I firmly believe that your project will bring about a huge amount of success to all entities that share the vision and opt in for the long haul. The concept is sound and we feel our participation with you is commensurate with the high end retail and commercial client base that you are striving to reach.

We have many details to come to terms with but my partners and I are anxious to move this project forward and our spirit of cooperation will overcome any and all challenges that lie ahead.

Trista and Ryan Sutter, who became a beloved American couple after meeting on ABC’s popular reality television show, “The Bachelorette,” will accompany a pair of lucky travelers on a Hyatt Retreats trip to Huntington Beach , Calif. in November, courtesy of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and American Express.

The Hyatt Travel Quiz identified the Sutters as Romantic Travelers.

Travelers who take the quiz before Nov. 7 and also prove to be Romantic Travelers will be eligible to win a two-day, two-night, all-expenses-paid trip with the celebrity couple to the newly redesigned Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, located along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway.

The quiz at www.hyatttravelquiz.com asks 12 questions adapted from an established personality test and categorizes participants into four travel types: Romantic, Balanced, Energetic and Driven. The results offer tips on how to relate to different travel temperaments, along with suggested Hyatt Retreats packages.

Richard Goodis of Celebrity Mound had a chance to chat with Ryan and Trista on Friday about their involvement with Hyatt.

Our first question, Did you think you were Romantic Travelers before you took the Hyatt Quiz?

“No, not necessarily,” said Trista. “I mean certain aspects of our personalities would put us in that category, but we are just as likely to be the Driven and Energetic types depending on where we are going.”

Ryan added, “It just depends on whether we are looking for adventure or relaxation.”

We asked them if they learned anything about each other by taking the quiz. To which Trista answered, “No not really, after five years of marriage we pretty much know each other.

Both Trista and Ryan love traveling and have had the opportunity to travel around the world together. But they definitely love travel that mixes adventure and relaxation.

We asked then what their favorite Hyatt properties are. Ryan chimed in, “We love the Hyatt in Maui and the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. Even though Beaver Creek is close to where we live, Trista loves the spa.”

Ryan wanted to let everyone know that they are very much looking forward to Huntington Beach trip with the lucky winners.

Turns out that Continental Flight 44 was more ill-fated than we imagined. This is what happened: About an hour after takeoff, oil began leaking into the engine. The pilot shut it off, but the plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Bangor, Maine. Once safely on the ground–for if the plane had been over the Atlantic, it would’ve been a much different story–chicettes like Harriet Mays Powell, Virginia Smith and Filipa Fino were fed plane grub (taken off-board) while waiting for a commuter jet to take them back to Newark. We can only hope they brought enough Ambien and Xanax to properly combat the situation. First and business class left about three hours earlier than the hoi polloi, who spent eight hours in scenic Bangor before heading back to Newark on another plane. They had all the luggage on the later flight, so the first and business class passengers were forced to wait at Newark for their luggage. Most then decamped back to Manhattan for a few hours sleep, but some were rerouted through other European hubs. Is this the worst cauchemar of all time?

Rainier for our last stroll before the flight to Greece (coming so soon!). It was more of hike than anticipated and nearly straight uphill, but Nasha rallied to the challenge and was rewarded with several very scenic lake views. The water was coming straight from glaciers, but she still stuck her toes in--Nasha is a very adventurous Labbit, you must recall.

Other than pretty lakes she pondered strange flora, her attraction was affected by her curiosity as to whether or not it was edible. The creature will eat anything and more times than not--does! It's nice to have a non-picky eater counterpart however, I can give her all of my broccoli...

I wore the zippered sleeve tee the other day. I had packed up a practice suitcase to see how (or if) everything fit, but I've completely destroyed it now and clothes are scattered all across my room.
