Any excuse to get his kit off eh... Marc Jacobs has once again posed in the buff, this time with only a new season Louis Vuitton holdall to protect his modesty. The shot, set to appear in the January issue of Harper's Bazaar, is to promote the return of Vuitton's famous Sprouse graffiti print, which Marc is bringing back in the form of a limited edition collection of accessories and ready-to-wear.

Beyonce's not the only one with a new cd to promote. Britney Spears is officially ready to make her comeback, and to start, she's looking fabulous on the cover of Glamour magazine. We all know about the rough year Britney's had, so it's nice to see her looking like her former self, fresh faced and relatively happy. Britney Spears X Factor Performance (Video)

The comeback kid Britney Spears performed yesterday for Simon Cowell and the UK audience of his hit show X Factor.

The pop star has been on a whirlwind European trip that included a performance in Germany at the Bambi Awards prior to Spears gig in London. Britney performed her latest song Womanizer and the shows contestants each performed Britney tunes.

Spears will be back in the U.S. in time to celebrate her 27th birthday on December 2nd. Her new album Circus will be released the same day. A large party is planned at Tenjune, a New York City hotspot to celebrate both events.

Teri Hatcher Wardrobe Malfunction At The Late Show with David Letterman

Teri Hatcher appeared to have been struck by a dreaded wardrobe malfunction as she as she arrived for an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman in New York last night.

The silky top layer of her dress looked to have come unstitched at the waist, with more than half of the skirt slipping down around her thigh.

But as she sashayed along in front of the crowd happily showing off the confection from all angles, it became clear the bizarre look was actually intentional.

The actress, who turns 44 on December 8, was on the talk show to promote her hit show, Desperate Housewives.

The new series, currently airing on Channel 4, picks up five years on when her character Susan has split from husband Mike Delfino.

Reese Witherspoon visits the Late Show with David Letterman

Reese Witherspoon added a touch of glamour to the Ed Sullivan Theatre as she arrived for a taping of the “Late Show with David Letterman” on Tuesday evening (November 25).

Reese Witherspoon is seen arriving at David Letterman’s show to promote her new movie with Vince Vaughn, ‘Four Christmases’. She talks about how she bought a farm just outside of Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old actress is currently in New York City as she continues to try and boost ticket sales when “Four Christmases” hits theaters beginning on Wednesday (November 26).

Book Give-away 'Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict'

This week I'm doing a give-away for a book that I recently read and enjoyed - 'Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict' by Laurie Viera Rigler
I wasn't asked to promote this book, it was one that I just bought on my own and decided to pass along.

It's the story of a modern gal named Courtney, she's got problems in her life and an obssession with Jane Austen books. She wakes up one day to find herself in the body of a girl named Jane Mansfield, living during the time of Jane Austen.
Luckily, because she has read Jane Austen books so obsessively, she knows how to behave in that society, for the most part. She has to deal with the limitations that women faced during that time (not being able to earn money, own property, travel alone and sometimes having to marry for financial comfort rather than for love) deal with a really nasty new mother who threatens to have her commited and is anxious to get her married-off, get by without knowing anything about Jane and the 2 men in her life, and thinking about the problems that she left behind in her own life - which she does not know how to get back to.
The book was fun to read and halfway through the book I felt that it was too short. Luckily the follow-up to the book - 'Rude Awakenings of a Jane Austen Addict' will be out in 2009.

If you are a Jane Austen fan you'll probably enjoy this book too.
