Enjoying what was a laid back weekend outing, Selena Gomez was spotted around town with her mother, Mandy Teefy, in Los Angeles on Saturday (November 22).

Dressed in a sleeveless white top with jeans, the “Wizards of Waverly Place” starlet and her mom first grabbed up coffee before dropping by Subway for a bite to eat amidst their daily errands.

Nôze have been one of  the redefining groups of new school of French tech-house, fusing dance with jazz and rock, resulting in an explosive cocktail of free-minded spirits and last but not least, in a real performance on stage. Nicolas Sfintescu (aka DJ Freak) founder member of the label Circus Company, and his stage partner Ezechiel Pailhes are together, Nôze. An adventurous electro-band from Paris who have been praised by the press.

The Advice Sisters feels "Diversion" is a serious issue in the beauty industry you should know about but she's also been blogging about holiday beauty, too!

Jennifer Garner has been granted a three-year court order against ‘’stalker” Steven Burky.

The “Alias” actress - who revealed in court papers she feared for the life of her unborn baby, her second child with husband Ben Affleck, because of Burky’s “dangerous and threatening” behavior - was awarded the order in court yesterday (Nov 20, 2008).

Judge Richard Rico seemed familiar with the charges against Burky, and hesitated for only a second before passing the order.

He said: “I don’t think you need any documents. Based upon the declaration, I’ll grant the request.”

Burky is now legally forbidden from having coming within 100 yards of Jennifer, Ben, or the couple’s two-year-old daughter Violet until 2011.

In the court papers, Jennifer wrote: “Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me, sending packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country.”

“Within the past year his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”

“He once came to my home and said God has sent him a vision of me being persecuted in some manner that may result in my death.”

While Burky is currently being held in a psychiatric ward under a 5150 psychiatric hold, where a person is involuntarily committed into a psychiatric institution because they are at risk of causing harm to themselves or others, his family insist he is not dangerous - merely “lovesick.”

Burky’s aunt Maxine explained to the New York Daily News newspaper: “He does have a mental disorder. He’s supposed to be taking medication. He’s not dangerous.”

The Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla, admitted to the UK's Daily Mail that she's 'let things slide' since getting married to Prince Charles and that she hasn't been exercising as much as she used to.

Translation, she got fat and lazy!

She made the statement during a visit to an exercise class organized by the UK's National Osteoporosis Society of which she is president.

Exercise, as most y'all know, is part of any good osteoporosis prevention plan.

Prince Charle's wifey went on to say, "No-one wants anyone getting too thin but it's so beneficial to include a small amount of careful, daily exercise in your routine. It's been proved to improve the bone density of those who suffer from this awful disease. I feel quite naughty, really, that I haven't been doing enough."

Your health and husband will thank you for upping the exercise, Duchess!

This is what I was considering doing to Daniel today!

Well Fashion Indie are big supporters of Funday Friday, and that is exactly what I had today (despite the numerous efforts by Daniel Saynt to rain on my parade). Now normally I wouldn’t talk about my daily happenings (mostly because you would realize the awesome life I pretend to live and be jealous), but when I found this picture I knew it was an omen from a higher power to tell the tale of my day’s voyage.

The day started as any normally does, dragging my exhausted carcass out of my bed and into a piping hot shower. Breakfast was standard (oatmeal and a glass of water gross!), and the trip to work was boring and cold. A quick wake up was in order before Daniel and Becks got to the office, so grabbed a Guru and poured it all over my face in the same manor a college football team would do if they won some form of championship.

All fueled and ready to go I got to blogging as fast as possible throwing up stories left and right, and working on February’s Fashion Indie Week (it’s going to be AMAZING!). I had fun re-reading the interview I did with Chris from I Heard They Eat Cigarettes (I love working with new designers, they are always so nice!).

Then the most exciting part of my day came! Our new Fashion Indie mascot dropped by for a visit. Her name is Kimmy Nibbler, she is the squirrel who lives on our balcony. She was hanging out on our screen (more pictures when we get them uploaded), so I decided to make friends and offer her some pistachios…She ran in terror and Daniel laughed at me (strike #1).

Back to work, lots of stories in such little time. As the rest of the ultra supportive Fashion Indie crew took Daniel’s side in laughing at my attempt to make a friend (strike #2), I came across this cool little DIY laptop stand made of cardboard.

In an attempt to regain my superiority in the office I grabbed some left over cardboard and got to work on my new toy. Apparently, all the logical utensils for proper office tasks don’t apply here at Fashion Indie, including scissors. I found myself risking my blogging (and thumb war) career by hacking away at the cardboard with Daniel’s switchblade…FAIL!

Finally my new toy was complete, and as I hoisted my Mac up onto the stand, it crumbled into shambles. Daniel laughed, and I considered quitting Fashion Indie and trying my luck at the failing Conde Nast.

Which brings me to now. Daniel has since given me a near brain aneurysm due to my anger and frustration (and so called “dumb” ideas), and the thought of round housing him Chuck Norris style seems quite refreshing. 

So as I sit alone under my archway of year-round Christmas lights, I leave you with this epic tale of an average Friday in the life of Corey Moran. Enjoy your weekend, and for all of you traveling home for the holidays this weekend, have a safe trip.

If anyone could get to the bottom of Paris Hilton and Benji Madden’s break up it’s Ryan Seacrest.  Today the heiress was on Ryan’s radio show KIIS-FM and put a stop to the rumors that she dumped Benji.

“You know, I love him.  He’s such an amazing man and he’s my best friend and he’s been so great to me and so loyal.  He’s an incredible person.  We’ll always be very close.  We’ll see what happens in the future.  I’m still in love with him.”

As for the reason behind the split, she said that they are both extremely busy with work and travel.  Neither one dumped the other, the decision was mutual between “two adults.”

Hilton said that the two talk daily and have even seen each other.  One has to wonder if the recent run in that she had with her ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos had anything to do with the split?  She said it was a “chance encounter” and that they simply had a quick chat.  You can check out the photos of the quick meeting here.

In total, Fujiya & Miyagi don’t really sound like anything. Instead, they sound like everything condensed into perfectly arranged three minute chunks of infectious pop music, a strange hybrid of James Brown on Valium and Wire gone pop. Or maybe Serge Gainsbourg with a PhD in electronics backed by David Byrne’s Eno-produced scratchy guitar mixed by MF Doom. It’s Darwinism gone mad.
