Next month, Mama Mio will introduce 2 new fitness programs aligned with some of their best-selling products: the Boot Camp in a Box Series. I scored a press sample of the series and decided to give it a go.

Developed by Efua Baker, "London's Top Fitness Guru", and the Mama Mio founders, the series ties 5 Mama Mio skincare products (which smell delightful and feel sensational) to a quick-fit routine. They promise that by doing the program just 3-5 minutes a day for 30 days, you'll see a sleeker profile.

Buyers will have the option of selecting either Bootcamp for Boobs or Bootcamp for Butts. Being the type-A persona that I tend to be, I opted for both. That's right, I'm going for the full profile.

I invite you to follow me through the routine. For the next month over in our articles area, I'll share how the fitness routine is working for me, as well as any trials I have. And, hopefully, in just 30 days, I'll see a sleeker profile (sorry, no before and after shots here.)

A month without Kate Moss on the cover of a magazine, is no fashion month. Thus, here’s Kate doing Purple Fashion magazine.

Isn’t she lovely? More I look at this cover, more I begin to feel the Tom Ford influence on the pose. Years go by, women pretend equality with men and what better way to prove and sustain that than by standing up, high heeled, with a killer lbd on and a man lying at your feet. Is the supermodels era supposed to bring back the 90s fierce woman too? I was kinda hoping women get in touch with their feminine side and learn to stand up without that dominatrix air. Does this picture work for you?

Demi Lovatos Arthur Ashe Weekend

From Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana, to the Jonas Brothers’ Camp Rock, Disney stars are definitely taking over the big screen and the pop charts. And singer/songwriter Demi Lovato is one of the latest additions to this Disney invasion.

Lovato was spotted at Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day at the U.S. Open in NYC, where the teen starlet looked the part of a punk rock princess, wearing a black and white tuxedo vest with a long sleeve black shirt underneath, skinny jeans and a pair of knee high boots.

Kara DioGuardi is American Idols Fourth Judge

Grammy-nominated songwriter Kara DioGuardi will be joining Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson as a fourth judge on American Idol.

Kara will sit alongside the panel of judges as the show enters it’s eighth season in January, according to the Fox network.

“For the past seven seasons, Paula has had to endure the experience of being the only woman at the judges’ table,” said Mike Darnell, president, alternative programming of Fox, in a statement.

“With Kara by her side, Paula has some backup and now there is going to be a lot more `girl power’ on the show,” Darnell said.

“We are turning the heat up on `Idol’ this year and are thrilled to welcome Kara to the judges’ table,” said creator and executive producer Simon Fuller in a statement. “She is a smart, sassy lady, and one of America’s most successful songwriters. We know she will bring a new level of energy and excitement to the show.”

DioGuardi says she found out she was in the running when “my agent called me and he said, ‘you are on a short list to be the 4th judge on American Idol,’ and I said ‘Are you calling for me or did you dial the wrong number?’ They were, like, ‘no seriously this is going on this can happen,’ and I was, like, ‘there is no way they are going to pick me. Why wouldn’t they pick someone famous? Someone everyone knows?’

“But you know, I guess they saw something about me that they thought was good, and they wanted to put somebody who was from the industry on the show and so, I got the job.”

37-year-old DioGuardi is a successful songwriter, record producer and singer who has written or co-written many hit songs.

DioGuardi’s songs have been recorded by artists including Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Avril Lavigne, Britney Spears, Pussycat Dolls, Celine Dion, Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Carrie Underwood, Faith Hill, Santana, Ashlee Simpson, Jewel and Kylie Minogue and many others.

Writing collaborations include Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Dr. Dre and Chad Kroeger.

DioGuardi’s forthcoming releases and collaborations include cuts from artists David Cook, Britney Spears, Esmee Denters, Pink, Martina McBride, Hannah Montana, Demi Lovato, Diego, Menudo, Tom Jones, Amie Miriello, The Pussycat Dolls, Nick Lachey, Daniel Powter, Crosby Loggins, Tyler Hilton, Halestorm, Jesse Lee, and Clique.

She also has songs featured in the upcoming Camp Rock movie, The Cheetah Girls 3 and the Hannah Montana movie.

“Hi, we're famous,” announced one of the performers addressing the line outside of the Music Hall of Williamsburg at Saturday's Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls 2008 Showcase. “This is going to be awesome.” Having an act inform you of their fame is an ill portent at any show, but the awesomeness promised by the young lady was triumphantly delivered. There was shredding. There was head banging. And yes, there were drum solos. There were also braces, leg warmers, ponytails, and several mike stands standing at about three feet high. The early-afternoon showcase was the culmination of Willie Mae's intensive weeklong seminar in rockin' out. Emceed by the irrepressible, travel-size Cassidy Van Cooten (with only a little help from a staff member), the event displayed the talents of seventeen bands, most with rather innovative lineups.

The kids not only pulled off their accessories — sleeveless band tees, neckties, and fingerless gloves, all things better worn by kids dressing up as adults, and not the other way around — but their set was full of surprises. The high points: the Explosive Diamonds' guitar player effectively wrestling a Gretsch Chet Atkins bigger than she was, a chilling a cappella breakdown courtesy of the Nothingness, and Fairy Sandwich's four-fisted high-hat clang. The catchiest song was Girlz Like Boyz' party protest rant “Good-bye Mr. President,” which recalled for us the bratty, adolescent beat of L'Trimm. (The band stopped short of formally endorsing Obama, but their jam has “Raising McCain” soundly beat.) Common to many of the groups seemed to be the influence of the Shaggs, Hole, and … um, Thurston Moore and his tuneless drones … er, maybe something Indian? We've seen worse from Pratt students in bands. And aspiring indie rockers of all ages would do well to learn that when a live performance doesn't exactly jell, just smile big, throw candy, and raise those devil horns high.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are soooo cheesy, but you can't help but be charmed by their totally fabricated and super camp ways.

They're like a real life cartoon - or Ken and Barbie!

Costume Party.

My two friends, the Paulina's had a costume party. They are so creative. Your costume had to be something that started with the first letter of your first name. there for i was kerina the kindergartener. this worked out because last summer i got a shirt from the summer camp i was working with that says: I am in kindergarten at Live oak school.. blahblah.
it was so much fun, we had Rosa the Raver, Royal Rita, leilani and lucy the london bridge, celeste the captain, emily the elf, kailin the kite, karni the kid and so much more.

we had a little picnic at a park and a scavenger hunt. we went around the park following clues, each clue had a question and multiple choice answers. the goal of the game was to be the quickest, and get the most answers right. Instead we decided take pictures at each clue and was the last ones to get back. we ended up quitting half way through because everyone else had already finished. we answered 8 questions but got all 8 right.. so psh! the questions were ones like what's the longest street in san francisco, where a bridge goes to and other questions that were totally random and some pretty hard.. TEAM GO!
we hung around the stretching stations and swung on rings. it was lots of fun.

i ended up getting stuck on the rings in a very awkward position.
we had costume contests and Kailin the kite won most creative! she spent all day on this costume.

**finally gold.. just about 4025 more until platnum!!!

Demi Lovato Gets Back After Cheetah Girls

Camp Rock star Demi Lovato will debut the new music video “Get Back” @ 9:35 ET/PT this Friday August 22, following the premiere of the Disney Channel Original Movie The Cheetah Girls One World.

“Get Back” is the first single from Demi’s debut album, “Don’t Forget,” which will be released September 23. Music video director Philip Andelman (who has directed music videos for Lenny Kravitz, John Mayer, Ludacris and Melissa Etheridge among others) directed the video.

The Disney star, who turned 16 yesterday, currently on a nationwide concert tour with The Jonas Brothers. HAPPY BELATED, DEMI!

Kate Moss who is not afraid to show her boobs in public (and she does that pretty often) doesn’t like breast implants. In the interview given for Interview magazine kate said even if she doesn’t like breast implants considers on having her such an implant only if her tits would start looking like the sacks some women have after they have children.

They are awful. So many of my friends have had them, and they’ve gone wrong. One of my friends’ tits started growling like the giant peach, and blood started coming out the nipple. Then another friend of mine had one that sort of moved up to her shoulder. One tit was normal, and the other was up by her collarbone. I know only one girl who has good ones. And most of them are so hard you can knock on them like a door. I’m not into them. I mean, if I got all saggy, like the sacks some women have after they have children, I’d have them done. I’m not against them, but if you have normal ones, just to have them enlarged for the sake of having big ones… I don’t really like big tits anyway.
