We just returned from shopping Tel Aviv, Israel and were blown away by the variety of pants with creative details that are sold in the many boutiques. The hottest look is of a baggy pant with a very low crotch. The women wear them cropped or full length with boots, flats, and heels. It’s a funky, cool look; but definitely for the fashion-forward.
