Michelle Trachtenberg fainted at a Sunglass Hut in NYC as she was promoting Sunglass Hut’s enhanced store experience and hosting the launch party for Gen Art’s 10th Anniversary Styles Runway and Awards Show. Star Magazine has the juicy details on what happened to the Gossip Girl:

Gossip Girl star Michelle Trachtenberg fainted last night at the Gen Art Styles Fashion Show.

The incident took place at Sunglass Hut in Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood. An eyewitness standing next to the actress at the time tells Star, “One minute Michelle was talking, and the next thing I know I hear a thump and Michelle was on the ground. It was really freaky.”

After getting some fresh air outside for 15-minutes, Michelle picked herself up and went to rejoin the party for another 45-minutes, where an eyewitness tells Star Michelle acted as if it never happened and was just chatting away with invited guests.

Nobody is sure what caused her to faint, but I’m thinking she got a glimpse of herself in a mirror and was shocked at how amazing her boobs looked. Either that or she got a glimpse of a vampire and just lost it. However, I’m leaning toward the cleavage issue as I almost fainted after seeing these sexy new pics of Buffy’s little sister.
