Thierry Henry’s ex-wife, Claire, may have to fight her way through the courts to get her hands on the good paper that makes the WAG world go round.

A while back, when Claire and Thierry first split, she vowed to “take him to the cleaners” over his alleged infidelities.

Claire is after a massive £10 million from Thierry, btw, but he’s not planning on giving up his cash too easily.  Via his people, he’s told Claire to prepare for a long battle in court.

So heres the question, Kickettes: if Titi has indeed been a naughty boy, should he be taken to the cleaners?  Where is the line drawn over martial material goods and services? 

As we all wait for the historic day that the court system introduces a mandatory ex-wife credit card/Harvey Nicks account divorce maintenance set up we have to ask: does Claire really deserve that much of Thierry’s cash?
