Dylan McDermott and Shiva Rose are Divorcing

Dylan McDermott (46) and Shiva Rose (39) who were married for 12 years, have filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. Dylan has asked for joint custody of their two daughters, Collete (12), and Charlotte (2).

McDermott and Rose separated in March of 2007.

McDermott, who played an attorney on TV, is acting as his own lawyer in the divorce, according to the papers. Pro se.
