It may sound ridiculous but according to the words of  a national lingerie-fit specialist Freddy Zappe, approximately 85 percent of women wear the wrong bra. Once I told it to my mum, she said, that something is wrong with me, ’cause she has been wearing bras for years and perfectly knows how to do it. Before starting reading the following tips for identifying the wrong bra, please, remember, that you must have a couple of really convenient bras but don’t forget about a sexy one.

Please, don’t think of bra as a necessity, think of it as the best possible way to emphasize your benefits and to make your breasts look stunningly beautiful and attractive. You can think that all this is a hogwash, but please, keep in mind that a wrong bar can spoil both your look and your health, leaving you with terrible backaches and even neck strains.

So, the following signs show that your bra is not right for you:

  1. Your breasts look awful (strange, lumpy etc.) under your apparel.
  2. You constantly have red marks on your shoulders left by your bra straps.
  3. The center of your bra never touches your breastbone.
  4. Your shoulders are always being pulled forward.

If you answer is “yes” at least to any of these questions, be sure, you are wearing the wrong bra. You have to do something with this situation!
