Heatwave Christmas Shopping

Today was in the upper 70s and I didn't feel like going Christmas shopping, but I've been being a little lazy lately. I didn't end up finding anything at all; last night I found vintage dresses online for my sisters, but some people in my family are too confusing to buy for. (Danny Smith, what do you want?)

Cardigan: Target from a few years ago
Skirt: Value Village. I shortened it this morning
Belt: vintage, from a thrift store a few weeks ago
Tights: Target , from the Goodwill
Shoes: thrift store in Rockford IL
'30s watch: antique store

Oh, and in my Wardrobe Remix post of this outfit I listed Ginger Rogers in the movie Carefree as an inspiration, only I'm pretty sure I just made that up on the spot. Probably to have an excuse to post a clip of her, drugged up and cute and strange:


I'm in love with the heart dress she wears. I bet Karen Walker loves it too.
