Verne Troyer acted quickly when he found out that a sex tape he made with his 22 year old ex-girlfriend found it’s way onto the internet via TMZ.com. He filed a lawsuit against them seeking $20 million dollars.

Ranae Shrider is Verne Troyer’s Ex featured in the sextape.

U.S. District Judge Philip Gutierrez granted a temporary restraining order so that porn distributors couldn’t take orders for the full length film and TMZ.com, the website that broke the news with a 25 second “teaser” couldn’t display it to visitors. They removed the link and directed traffic to their homepage.

Troyer is seeking damages for invasion of privacy and copyright infringement.
