When we caught up with Phoebe Price on Robertson Boulevard yesterday afternoon, the sexy redhead was taking the time to pose by a dent in her car from a recent fender-bender. That's our Phoebe - turning tragedy into opportunity! As it turned out, however, that wasn't the last we saw of Phoebe - not by a long shot! After showing off the damage that had been done to her car, Phoebs decided to do a little damage to her checkbook and indulge in a little shopping while she was in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, she had a little bit of a wardrobe malfunction as she tried on a short dress and accidentally got a little cheeky - much to the paps' approval!
