Meet Eric Lau, the man who made his marriage proposal pop-literally! He wanted to find a unique and unforgettable way to ask his girlfriend to marry him, so he taught himself how to make pop-up sculptures and secretly created a personalized "pop the question" book for his girlfriend (see photo). On the couple's anniversary, he presented the book, complete with a pop-up ring and proposal on the last page.

Pop-up art can really make a stunning presentation. If you're not into the intricate cutting and pasting that's required to make your own pop-ups, you can explore some ideas available for sale. From cards and invitations to photo albums and more, click below to see how pop-ups can make your wedding celebration pop.
