Amy Winehouse may be relaxed and rested after her recent trip to the Caribbean, but her husband is not doing well at all.

Incarcerated since November, Blake Fielder-Civil is being described as "falling apart" in jail.

Wino's hubby has also had to be treated for cutting himself recently.

Meanwhile, Amy's mother in law, Georgette Fielder-Civil, is pissed that Winehouse went on vacation with her ex-boyfriend as her husband rots in jail.

She says, "What signal is it sending out? Amy's husband is stuck in jail and she's cavorting with an old boyfriend. What's she playing at? It's just not on."

As for Winehouse, those close to her are hoping she will be well enough to come to America for the Grammy Awards.

But don't count on it!

Britney and the kids, in their last photo shoot together for a while, grace the cover of the new OK! magazine.

It's a good one!

Sources tell us the pics in the magazine were taken just a few weeks ago, as you can tell by that crazy look on Unfitney's face.

We're told these are the pics from that photographer Spears hired to take pics of her and her sons. They were supposed to be for her private holiday cards, but the snapper was not forced to sign a confidentiality agreement and was able to sell the pix for profit.

At least her kids look somewhat normal in this photo. They don't look like they have FAS anymore!

Golf Channel anchor says young golfers should 'lynch Tiger Woods'

What is it about Duke? Okay, maybe that's not fair. But it did make me scratch my head and wonder when I read what Kelly Tilghman (pictured with Arnold Palmer), a former Blue Devil golfer, said on the Golf Channel last Friday during her gig as co-lead announcer for the network's telecast of the Mercedes-Benz Championship, the PGA Tour's inaugural event of the season.

I have not seen the clip, nor do I know the context of the remarks. This is what I know — that Tilghman, who never played on the LPGA Tour, said golf's young players should "lynch Tiger Woods in a back alley."

Had Woods been white, to use the most heinous crime committed in this nation to illustrate God-knows-what point would have been egregious. But that he's not makes the remark unconscionable. And punishable.

It would be a travesty if Tilghman is allowed to broadcast the next event for the Golf Channel. (It speaks volumes already that she was allowed to sit on the air all day Saturday, as if nothing happened. She then offered an on-air apology Sunday but still did the entire telecast.)

At minimum, a suspension is in order. Some will surely call for a firing. If the network does nothing — just months after the Jena Six dominated the nation's airwaves — it would make a significant statement about the network's tolerance of such actions. A statement that would hurt the sport of golf and rekindle memories of a racist history that Woods' success has helped it begin to move past.

Doing nothing would remind us of Fuzzy Zoeller
Doing nothing would remind us of Shoal Creek.
Doing nothing would not be smart.

Okay, so it's just the Golf Channel. And Kelly Tilghman is simply a hottie that was given an opportunity to anchor a telecast because she can swing a golf club.

That is not the point. Tolerance at any level cannot be tolerated.

Tilghman has reportedly reached out to Woods to apologize. Here's hoping, at least for the moment — until the Golf Channel makes its statement — that he does not accept the call. Or the apology.

The new issue of Us Weekly is reporting that the photo agency that Britney's paparazzo boyfriend works for, Finalpixx, is trying to sell "partially nude" pictures of the mentally unstable former pop star.

Partially nude???

We've already seen her kitty! A little titty won't be that exciting either.

A Britney sex tape, on the other hand….THAT we'd want to see!

Britney Spears abandoned her car on Sunset Boulevard during rush hour last night (07.01.08).

The troubled pop star, who got a flat tyre while she was driving along the busy Los Angeles street, continued to drive for two miles without her lights on and even passed a petrol station before she pulled over and deserted the vehicle.

Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Mike Lopez said: "Britney Spears' car was impounded because it was blocking the roadway."

Britney now faces a $104 towing fee, plus $32 for every day it remains in the towing yard.

If the 'Toxic' star doesn't collect the vehicle within 30 days, it will be put up for auction.

The incident has sparked further fears for the singer's mental health.

The 'Gimme More' singer was taken to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following a three-hour stand-off with police which began at 8pm on Thursday (03.01.08) after she refused to return her sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James, to ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Celebrites.Britney Spears In Dire Need

It’s been a rough four days for Britney Spears. On Thursday Britney arrived late to her most recent child custody deposition reported Voice of America. Arriving a reported 90 minutes into the scheduled two-hour hearing. This after her lawyers filed to be relieved as her legal representation citing a breakdown in communications between their star client and themselves. The session was cut down to less than twenty minutes, as they needed to clear the room for the next case.

On Thursday night when it was time for Britney to return her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, to Kevin Federline’s custody; Britney first deposited Preston into the waiting car, then locked herself in a room with Jayden and refused to relinquish him reported People Magazine. This prompted the court appointed child monitor to call the police, who arrived and restrained Britney judging her to be, “under the influence of an unknown substances.” Britney was then transported to Cedars Sinai Hospital on a suicide watch.

People Magazine now reports that Britney tested free and clear for drugs and alcohol while she was in L.A.’s Cedars Sinai Hospital. People’s source also notes that all claims that Britney was threatening suicide in the hospital were also false. Which sheds some lights onto why the troubled pop star was released from the hospital early after only 36 hours instead of the normal 72 for a suicide watch.

Friday, Britney was released from the hospital in the presence of noted television therapist - Dr. Phil McGraw - after the previous suicide watch was overturned reports Rolling Stone. Dr. Phil thoughts on Britney’s condition simply put that,

“she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention."

The troubled pop star managed to slip out a back entrance and avoided the hoards of waiting paparazzi.

Only to turn up in the arms of one in particular, British paparazzo Adnam Ghalib, the two spent several days hopping from location to location trying to avoid his peers. Unfortunate reports are surfacing however, that while Ghalib was supposedly shielding Britney from the all seeing eye of the media, he was also taking illicit pictures of the two of them together says the UK’s Daily Mail. Pictures the paparazzo is currently trying to sell to the highest bidder.

US Magazine reports the latest on Britney’s whirlwind weekend. Monday, Britney got a flat tire and proceeded to drive her car on the flat for 2 miles before finally abandoning the vehicle in the middle of Sunset Boulevard during rush hour and hitching a ride home with a one of the following paparazzi. Once home Britney hopped into another car and dashed off to a series of hotels. Meanwhile the Mercedes she abandoned on the highway was impounded.

How are Britney’s nearest and dearest handling this seemingly endless nightmare of events? Well Federline, Britney’s ex husband and father of her two sons has reportedly dug in his heels and decided to lay down the law. A source told People Magazine that, “he’s freaked about people seeing his kids. It’s just not happening right now. His tight circle is even tighter right now. He doesn’t even have his phone on.” After Federline was awarded full custody of his two sons on Friday, it’s a luxury he can certainly afford.

As for the rest of clan Spears, the Canadian Press reports that Jamie Spears, Britney’s father was furious at Dr. Phil for publicizing his speculations about Britney’s condition after his brief meeting with her. A taping of Dr. Phil specifically aimed at reaching Britney, that was supposed to feature heartfelt pleas from her family set to air today, was scrapped after Jamie told the family not to cooperate.

So far Britney herself hasn’t released any statements to the media about her sons, her time in Cedars Sinai, her relationship with Adnam Ghalib, the pictures he’s trying to sell, or even about abandoning her car. We can only watch her actions, and guess as to her motives.
