Puffy Eyes: When excess fluid builds up under your eyes - voila, the dreaded puffiness (a particular problem at high altitudes). Try cutting down on salt (a huge ingredient in processed food and canned soup), sleeping with your head elevated, using a cold compress or chilled cucumber slices, tea bags, or, that old beauty queen trick: a few dabs of a vasoconstrictor like Preparation H.
